Shipping & Returns

We want ordering glasses and lenses to be simple and worry-free. Here is everything you need to know about delivery and returns.

Delivery

• We deliver to all cities across Pakistan.
• Contact lenses are usually delivered within 2–5 working days.
• Prescription glasses may take a few extra days because the lenses are made for your eye number.
• Our team calls you to confirm every order before dispatch.
• Delivery is currently free on all orders.

Payment

All orders are Cash on Delivery. Please pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. No advance payment or card details are required.

Returns & exchanges

• For hygiene and safety, opened contact lens packs cannot be returned.
• Glasses made to your eye number cannot be returned, unless there is a fault in the lenses or frame.
• If you receive a wrong, damaged or expired product, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
• Unopened, sealed packs may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
